BULK COMMUNITIES

If your community uses only one provider.

What if we don’t have a contract/access agreement?

If you don’t have an access agreement, it could mean your board is unaware of its existence, or its potential value

The Risks of Unaddressed Agreements

If left unaddressed, your agreement could auto-renew indefinitely (usually on an annual basis), often with fine print. Don’t leave this stone unturned

Are you being compensated by the cable and internet providers of your community?

Did you know Associations have the ability to renegotiate access rights with the provider every 10 years or less, and that these rights have substantial monetary value for the community? We worked for the largest providers in the US for 36 combined years, and we learned that all communities have an opportunity to earn passive income from the providers. TNCG, LLC makes sure every community is receiving the maximum compensation they should be receiving from the providers of service to the residents of the community. Access agreements come in 2 varieties. Whether you are a bulk community that only uses one provider, or you are a non bulk community where everyone can choose whichever provider they want, every Association has the opportunity to negotiate the access rights to your community.

Telecom National Consulting Group reached out to us and meeting with them was the best decision ever. Although we had started the process and had secured a pretty good number on our own, these gentlemen came in and negotiated a much better deal for us. We highly recommend them and encourage all HOAs to reach out to them for assistance. -Pebble Creek 1049 units Association in Tampa, FL

Although many Associations understand this and are realizing the benefits available to them through the value of these agreements, many Board members ask us “What if we don’t have a contract/Access Agreement?” All this does is let us know that the current board is likely not even aware that they have an access agreement, let alone how valuable it is.

I cannot speak highly enough of TNCG. Their expertise and dedication were instrumental in negotiating for us a great door incentives for our Association. Our community will benefit greatly from this as it will support various initiatives and improvements. I wholeheartedly recommend Nick for his professionalism and commitment, he achieved results that will make a big difference for our community in Island Cove.

If an access agreement goes unaddressed, there is always fine print that allows it to autorenew indefinitely, usually on an annual basis. You have the ability at any time to reach out to the provider and ask for a copy of your access agreement. We know how to obtain it quickly, and then go over it with you so you understand what it all means.
If you have questions about possibly bringing a new provider into the community, fiberoptics, apps, or any other new technology, TNCG, LL has relationships with all of the major providers statewide, and at any given time we are negotiating up to 20,000 units at a time with them.
It doesn’t cost anything to see if you are eligible, and discuss all of the options available to the community. Contact us for a fee Access Agreement Appraisal/Review.

Complimentary review of Existing Access Agreements

We will provide a free consultation to evaluate any existing agreements in place with the current providers to determine if the community is currently under any obligations, or if they are eligible to consider options.

Setting the Proper Expectations/Obtain Metrics

TNCG has the ability to obtain the metrics for any community in order to find out what percentage of the community currently uses which provider, and the average monthly rates for service. This information is important in determining the best path forward for the resident. This helps us to set the proper expectations for the Association.

Wants/Needs Assessment

How happy is the community with the current situation? Are we satisfied with the current provider, or disappointed? Are there other potential providers we should be aware of? Fiberoptics, Apps, 5G, are we positioning ourselves for the future? Can we get common areas covered? There are many questions and options, we make sure you understand the full inventory of choices for the residents to make the most informed decision possible.

Getting Maximum Value

In doing thousands of these agreements over the years, we have seen the full range of possibilities, and limitations, and we use this experience and knowledge to take the guesswork out of this process. This includes getting courtesy accounts included, getting repairs done throughout the community, if necessary, the best terms, and the highest door fees.  Even if it means the Providers have to do more paperwork, get more approval levels, and take more time, we know how to get maximum value. Many customers have given up when there was a lot more to gain. We make sure you leave no stones unturned.

Indifferent/Transparent

We can help renegotiate any agreement, but we have no preference over which direction the Association wants to go. We provide a full overview of all options, and let the community decide for themselves what is the best course of action to take for the community. We believe in full transparency every step of the way. Anytime anyone wants to discuss the details of a negotiation, our phone lines are open.
