About us

Nicholas Romer

Founder and President

TNCG Provides expert resources to your community that enable you to realize the maximum ancillary telecom value for your residents, and the community.

Prior to founding TNCG, Nicholas spent 7 years at Spectrum, as well as 5 years at Comcast, the 2 largest providers in the US. Nicholas consistently performed in the top 1% nationally, including 3 President’s Club honors. In those 12 years of telecom experience, Nicholas has been directly or indirectly involved in thousands of contract negotiations. Nicholas also has 5 years of board experience, including 1 year as President, and is also an instructor approved by the Department of Business and Financial Regulation to teach a 1 hour CU course on Access Agreements, Rights of Entry, and Easements.

“It became clear over the past few years especially, that the average board member is a volunteer, and only does 1 or 2 of these negotiations in their lifetime. On the other hand, the providers do this for a living and have teams of associates doing this all day, every day. It is a complete mismatch. The goal of the provider is to get a deal committed while giving up as little as possible. It is our goal to provide our knowledge and expertise to get AS MUCH as possible for the Association. I started TNCG to give volunteer board members the tools they need to tip the scales in their favor, and negotiate the best terms, amenities, and concessions available, every time.”
